The Green Tower

The Green Tower

This tower is a little more challenging than the Blue Tower. The only tricky part about this tower is the fact that you need to move a switch to be able to find the Red Gem.

The switch has two settings, up and down. Depending on wether or not the switch is up or down, a staircase will appear or disappear in the room east of the room with the switch. This is what the room looks like when the swicth is up or down:

Switch Down | Switch Up

When the switch is down, the staircase leading to the Red Gem will appear. When the switch is up, a staircase that leads to the roof will appear. When you find the Red Gem, you learn that it is broken. This means that you'll have to find a different Red Gem. If you go to Ruan, you will learn from the jeweler that Red Saphires are also called Rubies. If you remember, Medan was once known for its Ruby mines. Go back to Medan and head north to the mines. The old man in the back will give you his last ruby. You must find the broken red Gem, speak to the jeweler in Ruan, and buy lots of tea for an old woman in Jenoba before you can convince the old man to give you the ruby.

Be sure to buy lots of tea for this woman in Jenoba!
