Finally, the last tower. Your levels should be between 17-19 now. If you talk to the people in the nearest town, Ruan, you'll learn that this tower was taken over by a ghost that turned the nearby lake into a poisonous swamp. That means if you kill the Ghost, the swamp will disappear. In the Red Tower, there is also a room covered with poisonous swamp. It looks like this:
This is where the Blue Gem will be once you kill the Ghost. (For tips on how to beat the Ghost, check out the Lufia Hints page.) After you kill the Ghost, the swamp in and out of the Tower will disappear, leaving the swamp room clear. Go back to this room and you will find the Blue Gem.
You are now ready to place the Gems.
