First, make sure that you have the three Gems. They won't appear in your items list, but your Scenario items list. To view this, go to party screen and select Menu. There will be a list of categories. Select the first one, Scenario. It will look like this:
If you see the three Gems listed, then you're set. Now, when you go through the Towers, you may have found plaques with hints written in elven writing. Only Jerin can read this. These plaques tell you what order to place the gems. The plaques look like this:
The order to place the Gems is Blue, Green, and then Red. Go to the roof of the Blue Tower. You will find a pedastal. Go up to the pedastal, press A, and follow the instructions. You must do this in all 3 towers.
When you get to the Red Tower, Jerin will claim to hear the Whisper of Shilf. You will then be magically flown to Elfrea! Well, this is the Gem solution, and I hope it helped you. If, for some reason, you still can't figure out what to do, feel free to e-mail me at cobes@lufia.net.
