"Lufia and the Fortress of Doom" Walkthrough

by: Tyles <tyles@umbrella-inc.com>

Ahh, Lufia...a kind of cheesey(mostly) old SNES RPG from theearly 90's. When I first played this,
it was kind of fun because of either the settings or the gameplay. The story line is kind of ok for an RPG,
you know, with all that wizards and dragon shit. I was bored andneeded an idea for a new section of my page and
decided to make an old Snes games page that are somewhat fun. This game takes a lot of damn patience and will
leave you wanting to scream. The battles hardly give you much EXPand money, and the battles are plentyful and sudden.
The game is long, very. Luckily, you have the fast-forward buttonfrom the latest from ZSNES. Imagine how long this
would take if we were back in the old days.

THE BEGINNING:

Ok, now we're gonna start. Select a new game. Now, enter aname (a male's name, since one of the main characters is male
and this is who you're starting out with). There is no defaultname for this character, so I'll just refer to him as
"the Hero". You have 5 letter spacing to type out aname, I put in a name and it answers to my name..."Thrillhouse"...
nah, I just either put Tyler or Tyles. Now select END when youare done.

And now the game begins...

"Without warning, an island suddenly appeared in the sky."
"Four foul and wicked beings claimed it for themselves."
"They possessed the frightening powers of Chaos,Destruction, Terror, and Death."
"The people were horrified. They called the evil ones "Sinistrals"."
"The reign of Terror continued."
"The world massed its warriors to battle their dark foes."
"But the Sinistrals were all powerful."
"In desperation, the people called on their greatestfighters: Artea, Guy, Maxim and Selan."
"And so began the final battle..."

When you start out, you play as Maxim, Selan, Guy and Artea inthe Fortress of Doom. It is dark, Selan
will use light magic. A voice will welcome you, go foward. Thevoice is Daos, the Sinistral of Chaos.
He tells you to come to their chamber. Now you take control ofMaxim and the rest. You can either walk foward,
check out the rooms to the left and right, or go foward and checkout those gold inscriptions on the wall near the left
or right doors. They are for beginners, they give youinstructions on how to check what your magic does.
In a lot of these rooms, they have chests containing "Miracles".Which restores your HP/MP fully.
Check your menu screen, (B button), hey, you have 87 of them, screw that. Just walk foward.

By now you should be in a battle. Just choose attack, which isthe sword in the center of the cross. The top of the cross
selects your magic, the right puts you in defence, the leftselects your items, and the bottom is your run from battle
option. To select either one, just hold the directional button ineither direction of command you want to do and click the
A button. If you already know RPG's work, just fight and continue.Either hold the fast foward button and the A button at
the same time. The battles should be a breeze. One more thing, ifyou choose to attack an enemy party with more than one
and different enemies, like a Golem and Efreet or example, if youjust choose your whole party to attack the Golem, the
Golem will eventually die, but the attacks from your othermembers will hit where the Golem was and miss. This battle
sequence isn't so great, but manually select your attack on thenext enemy.

Continue walking foward until you reach a stairway and enteranother room. Here, just go straight. All the way up,
you should be in another room leading right, walk there and thereshould be a door leading down. In this room, just walk
straight down, ignore the room to the left. There is a stairway,go up. Now, you are in a big room, just head up the
stairs and walk fowards. There should be statues of theSinistrals there, neat, now continue up the stairway. Go foward,
and you shall be in another room. Go ahead. Daos will tell you tocross a bridge. Selan will say it might be a trap.
But Daos should be just testing your courage, just go on ahead,it won't fall. All your members will go ahead. Now,
you're in the chamber where the Sinistrals are. Maxim will talkabout giving Daos an ass-kicking with the Dual Blade.
The Dual Blade seems to be important to defeat the Sinistrals.

Here, you will the fight the Sinistrals one by one. Gades willcome first.
How to beat Gades:

-Get Maxim and Guy to attack. They are the most strongestfighters.
-Use Selan to use Thunder magic.
-Get Artea to use Courage magic, which increases your partiesphysical defence. And Trick magic for either Maxim or Guy,
Trick magic increases physical strength.
-Afterward, get Artea to use Sunder magic.
-Gades does a strong physical attacked called "Destroy",keep an eye on your members' HP, if it gets too low, use the
Valor spell, which restores all members HP completely. Maxim andArtea should have Valor.

This shouldn't take long, just repeat and Gades will soon die. After the battle, heal if you need to. Now, Amon is next.
How to beat Amon:

-Maxim and Guy to attack
-Thunder magic with Selan
-Get Artea to cast the Mirror spell on Guy, since Guy is weakagainst magic attacks. Mirror reflects enemies' magic.
Eventually the Mirror spell fades out and need to be cast again.
-Cast Trick with Artea on either Maxim or Guy
-Now get Artea to use Sunder
-Keep eye on HP, if too low get Maxim or Artea to cast Valor

Like Gades, this shouldn't take long. Now, Erim is next.
How to beat Erim:

(If you're catching on you know what to do)
-Maxim and Guy to attack
-Use Selan's attack, it's stronger than Thunder since Erim isstrong to magic attacks and weak to physical attacks.
-Cast Mirror on Guy with Artea
-Cast Trick on either Maxim or Guy
-Use Artea for physical attacks
-Eye on HP. Heal if need to.

Erim should have fallen by now. Now, only Daos is left, beforegoing on to fight him, heal if you need to. Now,
it's Daos' turn.
How to beat Daos:

-Maxim and Guy to attack
-Thunder magic with Selan
-Cast Mirror on Guy
-Cast Trick on either Maxim or Guy
-Cast Sunder on Daos with Artea
-Heal if need to.

Now, they shall all be gone, now watch and see what happensnow.

YOUR GAME BEGINS:

Now, if you didn't make it here, I pity you, foo. 90 yearslater, so you were playing as Maxim and the rest in the past.
A little boy, (the hero) comes to see Roman who runs the AlekiaInn.
So now a little girl is wandaring around. Kind of quiet, the Heroasks her name, its Lufia, and she asks to play tag.
So they go and play...

"Nine years later"

Play along until you are in control of The Hero, I guess.

So now you are in control of the Hero. What you've gathered sofar: Since training is canceled you go and see Lufia,
she shows you that the Prihpea flower is in bloom, you talk toher about how life is now compared to 99 years ago. Now,
you kind of annoyed her and apologized about her cinnamon tea.You over hear two guys talking about monsters
attacking the kingdom of Sheran and leaves you running outsidethe Inn and Lufia can't find you and now you really pissed
her off. Talk with fellow locals if you want to, get somebackground info on anything, sometimes its just useless talk.

Walk back to the place where training begins, talk to the manat the top of the room, he tells you a little secret about
hidden items in dressers and in other places. Go outside andpress A on the flowers and you will recieve a Power Potion.
Power potions increase HP by a little. Now if you want, explorethe town with that advice. You better get used to looking
around.

Things to do in Alekia:

-Head to Alekia Castle

(Remember to explore for hidden items)
Check all dressers you can find.
Go to the top floor and talk with the Princess of Alekia. Shewill give you 100 gold pieces.
Head to the top right of where the Princess is. Decend thestairways and it will lead you to 3 chests.
Now you are off to Sheran...but wait.

-Buy a Dagger from the weapons shop and a Cloth Helmet.

For Attack and Defence reasons...equip them, and sell yourknife.

-Buy some potions and antidotes if you feel you should(optional)

Item shops should have a picture of a teapot or lamp orsomething...

-Save your game(optional)

Save at churches, just talk to that freak I can't tell if itsan old man or woman.

OFF TO SHERAN:

Ok, you step out and see the world map. There's no map as faras I know for the world. So, don't get lost or you're in
for it. If you head west, you will reach a temple with an old manwho recovers your HP/MP and gives you advice on what to
do next. To the north, is a small town called Chatam. Recoverlost hit points at the Inn, or buy more items. Some locals
there say that someone they know works at Sheran. So you might aswell go check it out since no one will.

IMPORTANT: Level up with fights you encounter, its a clichéRPG, duh. I recommend leveling up near a town or the shrine.
You can recover your HP/MP in Inn's or the healing old man who Icall "Harrington"(in the shrine) since these enemiesare
kind of tough at this level. After a few levels the enemies arewimps who die in one hit. Good. (Level 5-ish)

Ok, now ignore the fact that Sheran was attacked by monstersand head to the top right of the first cave you see heading
north.

Here, in this cave head left, and through a door. Your way isblocked by going to the other side, just go through the door
and gather your items: Potion, and 200 gold pieces. The enemiesin the cave are a little stronger than the ones outside
on the world map, but that shouldn't be a problem.(Who's the sickfuck to create Spiders for enemies?) Now exit the way
you came, return to Chatam to rest at the Inn if you need to. Andcontinue going to the cave entrance to the left.

In there, just go to the top left, climb the ladder. Ignorethe spot to the top right, you just came from there anyway,
its where your Potion and 200 gold pieces came from. Exit up thestairway and you are outside of Sheran. Go in.

SHERAN:

Everyone is down, and hurt. The old man/woman at the church isok. But you can't save there yet. The downed people will
tell you what happened. So monsters really did attack Sheran, nowyou must turn around and go to Alekia and inform the
attack on Sheran has been confirmed.

ALEKIA:

Ok, screw informing about the attack for now. Go see what's upwith Lufia at the Inn. Talk to Roman about it, he'll offer
you to rest for a while, do so if you want to. Now, go upstairsand talk with Lufia. Ok, that didn't go well with Lufia,
did it? Roman will tell you the real reason why she's angry. TheHero tells him he knows, so now head to the castle.

When you enter the castle go to the back of the room where thearmy general guy is. Tell him that the attack on Sheran is
real. But, it will take a week for the army to check out Sheran, now you leave. Talk to the Princess and go back outside
and leave Alekia.

Lufia will stop you on your way to Sheran. The Hero and herwill talk about whatever is going on. She'll join you anyway,
so, might as well turn back and head for Alekia and buy her astronger weapon and defence.
Things to buy:
-A dagger, sell the knife.
-Cloth, sell the dress.

OFF TO SHERAN, YET AGAIN:

Things to do:

-Level up Lufia(atleast level 5-ish)
-Visit Chatam
The girl in the house near the other side of the creek says thatDanil left for the northwest cave and is worried about
him.
-Find Danil
You find Danil downed in the cave, talk to him, he is worriedabout his sister who is at Sheran Castle. He'll give you a
key to use in Sheran Castle.

SHERAN CASTLE:

Remember what I said about exploring. The room to the left assoon as you walk into the castles have 4 chests that contain
potions, grab em. To the right are other 4 chests with items inthem, grab em too. Now, head up the stairway. There's a
wounded man here, he'll give you a hint where the King is. Here, check around the dressers on this floor and continue
going up. Go inside the King's chamber. This is where the SheranKey comes into play. To the right, is a chest full of
100 gold pieces. To the left, is a switch that seems to open upsomething somewhere...lower it.

You hear a sound like something is moving. Go to the top rightor top left of where the King's chamber is and stairs will
lead you down. Once here, there should be stairs leading down, decend them. A decending flight of stairs is revealed.
Decend them. Rescue the King and maids. Behind the room they werein, check that dresser. It should contain a Great
Potion, which increases physical strength. Now escort them out ofthe castle.

As soon as you exit the castle, the monsters that attackedSheran appear. The Hero tells Lufia to take the King and maids
to safety. And he'll deal with the monsters. The leader of theSheran attack is revealed to be Gades, the Sinistral of
Destruction. Ahh, shit. Now you have to fight him. Just attackhim with your puny Dagger. You'll hit him a few times.
Then its HIS turn. He hits you with a whopping 550+ hit pointattack. You're down, don't worry, its not game over yet.

Lufia comes to check on The Hero and Gades seems to act likehe seen her before. Lufia tells Gades to get lost and Gades
does so. Lufia will check on the Hero, all is well, the King andmaids are inside Alekia Castle and you return home.

ALEKIA:

Roman will come out worried and now glad you're safe. He'lltake you inside, mentioned that you fought(or got your ass
kicked by) Gades. Now you two are off.

Head to the castle and escort Lilah back to Chatam. Lilah ison the second floor beside the guestroom. Back at Chatam,
drop off Lilah. Lilah now tells you info about someone in thetown of Treck knowing about the Sinistrals. With that info,
the Hero and Lufia are now heading to Treck, which is southwestof Sheran.

ON THE WAY TO TRECK:

Pass by the cave, Sheran is ok now. Only the Inn and Churchare available. So, rest and save if you want, if not, just
walk on by Sheran and cross the bridge. Cross the desert, andcross another bridge. In this area, the enemies are a
little bit tougher from the Alekia/Sheran area. So, if you'releveled up enough it wouldn't be so bad.

TRECK:

Things to do in Treck:

-Rest up at the Inn
-Buy recovery items if you need them
-Buy a Robe, Bracelet, Hairband, and Cloth Armor and sell yourprevious equipment.
(You are allowed only 5 menu screens of space, so make themworthy. All the stuff you sell ends up at the "Island of
Forfeit" anyway...more on that later.)
-Buy a Club and Long Knife at the weapons shop. Sell previousweapons.
-Equip your new equipment on Lufia and the Hero, duh.
-Try the wonderful art of "Explore" and "Socialize"
-Level up some more and gather money around the Treck region. (atleastlevel 10-ish)

So now you probably know theres an old man who watches the seaall day at the port of Treck. Go see what's up with him.
Now a conversation converses, and the Hero tries to sound Heroicsaying he fought Gades. But failed to mention Gades wiped
the floor with him. Now you follow him to his house to see hisniece, Ainea. You are now heading to the East Cave to see
a certain someone because the Hero is the decentant of Maxim andjust got plonked by Gades. So now you're off to the East
Cave.

TO THE EAST CAVE:

Just head east. It isn't that far. If you get lost, I pityyou, foo. There are some status changing enemies around here.
There are enemies that put you to sleep,(Nettles) ,confuse you(Anemone),and poison you(Spider). For Spiders, make sure
you've got your Antidotes handy. Now you're in the East Cave.Nothing too puzzling here, get the Cloth Shoes from the
chest and equip on whomever and decend the stairs. Heal if youneed to, either with the Strong spell or Potions. Now,
Ainea will open the door, go through it and go up and up.

You should reach a residence, don't go for the house. Headright across a bridge and grab that Short Sword. Now head for
the house. You are introduced to an elderly old man. He testsyour concentration, same energy flow just like Maxim's.
He is revealed to be Guy, one of the four from the Doom Islandbattle 99 years before. He's over 100 years old already.
Judging by that he might even be 120 years old. Which is...old...err,elderly. He is blown away by the fact that Gades
dropped the Hero pretty fast, and is in disbelief that Gadeslives. He gets hyped up, but his 'time' is here. He tells
you to seek Artea, the elf, who fought on Doom Island. Artea willtell you what to do, you are told to go to Grenoble,
where someone there knows of Artea. Just when you are about toleave, check out the dresser in Guy's house to get a Great
Potion and go back to Treck.

On the way back, I recommend leveling up to Level 13-ish, ifyou already are, great. Near the entrance to the East Cave
should be a dog-like enemy called a Kobold. They give off a Mid-Arrowwhen they die. Collect a few, level up, and return
to Treck. Why? Ahh, just do so, foo.

TRECK:

As you return, stay at the Inn, and save your game, then godown to the port of Treck.

There should be a man with green hair at the dock. Talk tohim, he is Aguro, Commander of the Lorbenian
Army. He came when he heard Sheran was under attack by Gades. Sonow the Hero is ready to bring it up again, "So you
want to know about Gades?" ..."You may not believe me,but I fought him." and he forgot to say "...and gotbeaten to a
bloody pulp trying to do so!" So a conversation goes on andthen monsters trash Aguro's ship and get ready to attack.

The monsters are 4 Demon Lords. Here's how to beat them:

-Get the Hero to use the Mid-Arrows you've collected
-Get Lufia to heal Aguro if any damage is done and use the Mid-Arrowstoo
-Get Aguro to attack

Repeat, and they die. The Mid-Arrows worked well. Aconversation goes on about Gades, Aguro invites the Hero andLufia
back to Lorbenia, then realizing that the ship was sunk by themonsters. So now Aguro joins your party. Go to the Armor
shop and buy him a Cloth Helmet. If you played the game of "Socialize"you will come across a man on the second floor of
the café or cider house. His ship, the Maberia, was seen on asmall island to the west, and you have to pass through a
dangerous cave to get there. No problem.

FINDING THE MABERIA:

Things to do:
-Collect more Mid-Arrows(6 is good enough) near the entrance tothe East Cave(Whaaat?)
-Level up Aguro to atleast Level 12-ish
-Level up to atleast to Level 15 for Lufia and the Hero

After doing so, go back to Treck and rest up at the Inn if youwant. Head north from Treck. There should be a cave
entrance, enter it. Now, we're in another cave but this time itsbigger than the ones you've previously been in. Head
right, and down the stairs. There is a Miracle potion hidden inthe marshes near the stairs.
Get the Hero to cast "Float" to obtain it withouttaking damage. Go through the door entrance on your way down toget a
Daze Ring, equip it on whomever. Exit back where you came fromand go up the ladder to the far right, collect the items
inide the chests, if you want. Go back down where you got theDaze Ring, continue going left, and up the stairway.
Head left and up another stairway to find the Maberia docked. Torestore your HP/MP, fall down the whole to the right
and go to the portal that is on top and it will lead you to aspot where your HP/MP is restored. IF not, continue going
left and up the stairway to reach the Maberia, which is guarded...

There are 3 Goblins that come scrambling out. Here's how tobeat them:

-Get the Hero to use the Mid-Arrows
-Get Lufia to use the Bang spell
-Attack with Aguro
-Heal if necessary

The battle should be a breeze, now you realize that the 3Goblins stole the Maberia. You sail it back to Treck, now go to
the cider house and tell the sailor on the second floor that hisship is back. Now you can ride for free to Lorbenia.

LORBENIA:

As soon as you get to Lorbenia, Aguro will shortly depart.Lufia will ask the Hero to go to the shops that Lorbenia is
famous for. You agree, and are on your way.

Things to do in Lorbenia:

-At the Armor shop, buy two Tan Helmets, 3 Shields, and Armor.Cloth shoes, a Tan Robe and Glass Cap.
Equip these now, sell the rest, don't sell your Tan stuff, itsfor Aguro.
-At the Weapons shop, buy a Staff for Lufia, sell her previousweapon.
-Try the fine art of "Explore" and "Socialize"there is a Mind Potion hidden somewhere behind one of the bigshop signs.

By the time you reach the top of the main shop, Lufia goes"Wow!" and checks out all the dresses. She continues tocheck
out the dresses then some kid comes and steals her money. The kidwalks out of the shop and checks out how much he stole.
The Hero comes out and catches him. The kid tries to playinnocent then Lufia comes out and finds out the kid stole the
money and lets him go. Head to the Inn, and now you have aconverstation about the kid with the Inn Keeper and why the
kid steals. He'll then offer for you two to rest. Aguro will comeby when you leave the Inn and rejoin your party.
Equip Arguro with the armor you bought him and sell his previousequipment. Now you head southwest, to Grenoble.

GRENOBLE:

As soon as you enter there should be a guy near the entrance. You know, the guys look all the same. That guy with
the Chris Redfield hair should give a little info about who knowsabout Artea. Go to the building where you see a flight
of stairs decending and a man blocking it. Talk to him and givehim 50 gold pieces to pass. Don't worry about that,
I'm sure if you're following along to this walkthrough, you'reprobably raking in the dough. Check that dresser by him
for a Speed Potion, go down the stairs. Now go up the stairs andthere should be a bed of flowers in between the two
trees. Press the A button to get a Spell Potion. Now, decend thestairs, if you go by the bridge that asswipe will
say you can't pass here! Now, down the stairs and talk to the oldman. He knows of Artea, but it will cost you
that information. He doesn't want money, he wants the Fairy Kisstreasure found at the second level of the Old Cave.
Only women can obtain the Fairy Kiss. Luckily you have Lufia.Talk to the guy behind the counter and he'll send you for
the Secret Map, accept the mission and go find it. Along with theFairy Kiss. Now head to the Old Cave.

Once you reach the Old Cave just talk to the man behind thecounter and he'll allow you to go to the second level. Hit
the switch to the second level. There's a few empty chests inhere, but explore around. This cave level isn't so big.
If you go straight down, cast float and walk in the marshes andtwo steps down from the chest in the marshes is a hidden
item, an Ex-Potion. If you go this way it will lead you to a roomto the Secret Map treasure and a Power Ring. Now exit
the room and head back where you came from and take a right.Empty out the chests and go down, cast Float and get a Tan
Shield(sell this one) and a Dragon Egg(Keep these). Now head backall the way up and there will be a door. It says only
women may enter. So, Lufia decides to go in by herself. Thisplace isn't so big, but clear out the chests, which contain
lady-like, feminine things and obtain the Fairy Kiss. Now exitand go back to Grenoble.

Once in Grenoble, go to the old man in the basement. Give himthe Fairy Kiss treasure, then he'll tell you to meet a man
in the Northwest Tower of town. He'll give you a letter, 'causethe man in the Northwest Tower seems to be paranoid at
this point. The man is also an apprentice of Artea, so he mightknow where Artea is. Since you've also collected the
Secret Map treasure, talk to the woman behind the counter. She'llreward you with 500 gold pieces. Now, before you head
off to the Northwest Tower, sell any useless crap you alreadyhave to the shop keeper, any shop keeper. And now exit.

The direction where you're going is a no-brainer...northwest.So, just walk a little bit west across the bridge and head
straight up north. This reminds me of City Slickers 2...whereMitch asks "Which way is North?" and Phil goes "up".
Anyway, you're at the Tower, enter...better get used to how theseTowers are. This isn't the only time you'll be in one.

NORTHWEST TOWER:

As soon as you enter, head right. It will lead you to a flightof stairs, or continue proceeding right to get a Hi-Potion
and Hi-Magic. Go up if you want, or explore all of ground levelbefore continuing. In the Tower you'll be greeted by
more stronger enemies. They shouldn't be too strong if you'rewell leveled up. This Tower isn't so huge, so get all items
from the chests from every floor if you want and head to the roof.In the back should be two chests containing Mid-Arrows.
These should be useful, and you hopefully have some from your Mid-Arrowfinding days. Go and talk with the apprentice,
he'll ask you the Hero to battle him 1-1. You should atleast beat Level 17-ish. If you accept his challenge you will
immediately fight him, so be prepared before battle.

How to beat the Apprentice:

-If you have like 8 Mid-Arrows, fire away.
-Beware of his Jolt attack, it could hurt.
-Heal, of course, with your Hi-Potions that you've found in theTower.
-Beware his gourds that he uses which increases his physicalstrengh and agility. He also uses potions to heal himself.

The Apprentice should have fallen by now, he'll give you infoabout Artea. He's in Elfrea, and you can only get there with
an elf helper. It doesn't get any better than this, Elfrea is onan island, you'll need to pass through 3 towns to get to
it, and you'll never reach Elfrea without an elf helper, whereasyou have no elf helper. This is going to be fun and easy.
</sarcasm> The Apprentice will hand you a Speed Potion. Nowhead southwest, across a bridge and another bridge. Either
go north to see healing Harrington, or continue going south.

KIROF:

Now you reach the town of Kirof, it's a small town. Play theart of "Explore" and "Socialize". Behind theitem shop is a
little girl named Reyna who is ill and no medicine can cure her.Mark then says he will cure her with the Hope Ruby found
in the Kingdom of Medan. Mark heads to Medan, check out thedressers for a Stuffed Pig and Dog. Now go to the Inn if you
need to, or just head east to Medan.

MEDAN:

Things to do in Medan:

-Buy 2 Spears and a Mace for your party.
-Buy 2 Chain Mails, 1 Chain Cloth, 2 Wood Shields, 1 Wood Wrist, and 2 Wood Helmets.
-Equip your new equipment and sell them.
-Head to Medan Castle.
-Save your game if you want.

Mark will come out, disappointed that he can't use the HopeRuby. Explore around the castle entrance to get an Ex-Potion
and Ex-Magic. Head straight to see the Hope Ruby. Lufia will makea wish, but doesn't tell what she wished for..odd.If
you are Socializing these people are depending on the stinkin'Ruby for everything. Now head right from the second room
you came in from, it should lead you to the basement. It appearsthat the Hope Ruby is just a fake. Now leave the castle,
as you leave, Mark will come running by. It appears that Markstole the Ruby and is heading back to Kirof. So head back
to Kirof. It appears that Reyna has disappeared to the cave tothe north. Mark will accompany you, so now head to the
Ghost Cave.

GHOST CAVE:

Once inside any cave, or Tower, always check out the firstlevel before heading down to a lower or higher level. There
are some tougher enemies in here. There is an enemy here called aWillowisp, it is very strong against physical attacks
and is weak against magic. So cast the Bang spell with Lufia onthem. Make sure you're about Level-18ish, and if Aguro
is still behind, atleast level him up to 17. After collectingyour items from the chests left scattered around, there is
an HP/MP recovery spot. To get here from the entrance to theGhost Cave, go right, down the ladder. Left, and down the
stairway. Level up here if you feel you need to, if not, head tothe top stairway and it will lead you to two other
stairways. Take the one on top to recieve a Dragon Egg. Now, headback to the recovery spot. Two enemies will give you
some good armor and weapons. The Ghost Mail will occasionallydrop a Light Armor, and a Swordspook will sometimes drop a
Scimitar. If you happen to find these, equip them on either theHero or Aguro.

After leveling up, from the entrance, head all the way to thebottom right. There should be a room there, beside the
chest that contains 500 gold pieces. Head down the stairs, nowhead right. There should be stairs leading either left
or right. Head right, to obtain status boosting potions and ahint from a man who's been hurt by monters if you choose
to heal him. He'll say that things aren't what they seem, meaningvisually. Now, head back up where you came from and
head down the left stairway. You should come across a roomleading to three directions, left, middle, and right.
Head down the middle. When you go up the stairway, no bridge willbe there. Remember what the man said, things aren't
always what they seem, so keep walking foward. You'll be walkingon mid-air by a strange force. So keep walking foward,
by now you should reach Reyna. An evil ghost has possessed her, now, time to kick his ass back to hell.

How to beat Phantasm:

-Use Lufia to cast Drain on Phantasm, which lowers physicaldefence. Do it atleast twice.
-Use the Hero and Aguro to attack.
-Phantasm will cast sleep on your entire party, so if one of yourstrong hitters is still awake, attack him.
-If Lufia is awake, cast the Wake spell to wake up Aguro and theHero.

This shouldn't take long. It should be a breeze, actually. After the battle, the Hope Ruby has been shattered, that
doesn't seem to matter now, it needed to break, because thosenuts in Medan worship the damn thing. When you get back
to Kirof, Mark will mention some information that an elf womanlives in Belgen. The Item shop keeper will give you a
Power Potion as a thanks for saving his daughter. On your way toMedan, the Princess will apologize to the town that
the Hope Ruby was a fake. The people will come to realize thatthey can't rely on the stinkin' Ruby. So I guess
Mark saved the day, ...along with your help of course. To sellany crap you don't need, talk to one of the shop keepers.
You know what they look like by now, blonde, and glasses. Talk tothe Princess, she'll mention that the soldiers in the
eastern cave will let you pass. Proceed. Inside the eastern cave, there are no monster encounters. Beyond the toxic
marsh are some chests with Revive and Hi-Potion, cast Float andcross. Obtain the items, cast Float again and cross.
The town of Belgen lies south, so that's where you're heading now.

BELGEN:

Once you enter Belgen, a Chris Redfield wanna be will stop you. Then another Chris Redfield wanna be will come and see
what's up. The people of Belgen have been a little paranoidlately, but the Redfield wanna be's let you pass. Talk with
the towns people. They pay the monsters "ransoms" inexchange for the monsters to leave their town alone. In the room
behind the church there should be 3 girls there. Talk to the onein the back, she'll want you save Jerin, who is the
girl who is kidnapped. The girl will give you info where to get akey for the dais entrance. There is a cave southwest
of Belgen. That is where you go...but first...

Things to do in Belgen:

-Buy 2 Brone Armor, 1 Brone Robe, 2 Brone Shields, 1 BroneBreast, 2 Brone Helmets, and 3 Tan Shoes.
(If you got Light Armors equipped, skip the Brone Armor, equipthem if you don't have Light Armors)
-Sell your previous crap.
-In the meeting room where ransoming is done, check the dressers.
-Rest up at the Inn.
-Save your game.

FINDING THE DAIS KEY:

When you exit Belgen, head east across the bridge and acrossthe other bridge. Head east across the desert, then enter
the town of Surinagal. Here, this is where you buy some weapons.

Things to do in Surinagal:

-Buy 2 Axes and 1 Rapier.
-Equip them.
-Sell them, badda bing, badda boom.
-Talk with some people and check out dressers and stuff.
-Rest up at the Inn if you need to.
-Level up outside Surinagal with help from the local monsters.
(Level 25-ish. Lufia's Bang spell makes fighting a breeze, careful, the Red Orbs ocasionally cast Mirror.)

By now you have some info about the "Lost Forest",you can only pass with an elf helper. So, you have no elf helper,so
you might as well get the hell out of Surinagal, and save Jerin, remember? And an old man will tell you about the "Isle
of Forfeit". So head back to Belgen. Once you're near thetown of Belgen, head southwest. There should be a cave
entance, go inside.

Once in the cave, there should be a stairway leading down, godown. There should be 4 different directions. The top
left will lead you straight to the Dais Key. You will come to aroom where you're walking around the edges, and it will
lead to a stairway leading down. Go down, now you're in a roomwith 4 directions. To the right, is Brone equipment,
to the top, item chests, one containing a Fly ring, to the left,a room containing Hi-Potion and Magic. And to the bottom
is the Dais Key. There is yet another Chris Redfield guarding it.If you talked to the girl in Belgen to save Jerin,
he'll let you pass, if you didn't talk to the girl in Belgen, Iguess you're screwed and have to go all the way back.
After you obtained the Dais Key, exit, using the Escape item ifyou want. Go back down to where you came, this time
go down to obtain some handy items. Take the stairway to theright, it will lead you to the room you once saw while
getting the Dais Key. Cast Float to cross the marshes withouttaking damage. Now head left, obtain the status boosting
potions, and cast Float to grab the Miracle hidden inside themarshes. Now you're all done here, exit.

SAVING JERIN:

Head back to Belgen if you need to rest and save. Then leaveand head west, you should be in another cave with a locked
door. Go left to the door if you want to, nothing is in themarshes. Grab your stat boosting potions and go back.
Unlock the door with the Dais Key, and continue.

IMPORTANT: Inside here are enemies called Mimics, they're likea treasure chest and are strong in physical and magic
defence, so attack them until atleast one dies. They give off alot of good EXP.

As you enter, you see a small area with marshes, nothing in it.Go down the ladder, a bigger area with marshes, nothing
in it. So head up towards the door. It will lead you to 3 chestscontaining Float, Hi-Magic and Revive. Go back, and
head down the ladder to the bottom-right to obtain a Power andMind Gourd. Head left, and up, under the bridge to obtain
some status boosting potions. Now head back up and cross thebridge you just walked under. This should lead you all
the way to the exit. Now you're outside, head the only directionit's pointing you to, and enter the shrine.

Well looky here, the Chris Redfield wanna be's are blockingthe stairway. Go to the side of the sacrifice-ish altar
place. Lufia will tell you to look, Jerin is half-elf. You can'tget the Chris Redfield wanna be's to move. So to the
right is an MP restore spot, to the left is a save and an HPrestoring spot. Use these, save your game if you want. Now
head for the exit, a monster will come and take Jerin away to theNorth Tower.

Exit the shrine and head north, cast Float if you want or justwalk through, taking some damage at the same time. Now,
once you're inside the Tower, you notice a teleportation portal, step in it to proceed. To the left and right are two
rooms that link eachother together because of the portals inside,so forget it. Head up to the stairway leading up and
it will lead you to a room with treasure chests, grab your items.Be careful though, if you noticed before you came up,
some areas around the chests are breakable and if you fallthrough you'll be back in the room you were just in. None of
these chests contain Dragon Eggs or Miracles, so you can justignore this part if you want. Now head back down to the
first floor, take a right to that room with a portal, step in it,and take the stairs up. Head down, the room on the left
contains a Flash Ring, the room in the middle is empty, and theroom on the right is a man who tells you not to use the
portal in the back on top of the Tower. Good advice. Take thestairs all the way up. The portal on the farthest right
will lead you to the monster and Jerin. The portal on thefarthest left leads you to a chest containing a Miracle. The
portal on the top left leads you to another Miracle. Be carefulnot to fall off the edges, or you'll have to start all
over again. Remember, don't step on the portal in the back, or itwill lead you to the entrance on the first floor.
After gathering your items, head to the monster and Jerin. Themonster will talk about the revival of Amon, the Sinistral
of Terror, you can't believe it. Now, its time to kick someGargoyle-ass.

How to beat the Follower:

-Cast Drain on the Follower with Lufia a few times.
-Get the Hero and Aguro to attack.
-Afterward get Lufia to use the Bang spell.
-If the Follower casts Drowsy, use the Waken spell, unless itsLufia who's asleep, if she is, keep attacking.
-Heal if you need to, the Follower uses magic attacks, any magicattack is hell against Aguro.

After the battle, you return to Belgen, Jerin will give you aMiracle for saving her. She wants to come with you, but the
Hero will say she can't. So save your game if you want to, thencontinue heading east across the bridge where the town of
Surinagal is.

AFTER SAVING JERIN:

You can drop by Surinagal if you want to. And say you met anelf to that kid hanging out near the right part of the
town. I don't know what you'll do here, rest, save, leave...Ijust pass by it. So, head south, there should be a bridge
near there. Cross it, and head west until you see a house, thesign says "Guide station to the "Lost Forest"."Talk to
the old man at the table, you'll need a guide to continue. Theold man says the guide is still a child, but asks if you
still want to go, select yes, and guess who comes out...yes,Jerin! The Hero is suprised that Jerin is the guide, and
Jerin asks to come, finally the Hero accepts. Jerin is happy togo, and spins around happily and kisses the Hero. And
of course, Lufia gets kind of jealous. Now, after the whole thingis over, go back inside and check out the dressers.
Now, check Jerin's equipment, whoa, she looks like she can usesome defence. So head back to Surinagal.

Things to do before entering the Lost Forest:

-Buy Jerin some nice stuff. A Brone Breast and a Glass Cap.
-Level up Jerin since she's at Level 14.
-Don't buy her a weapon, that Elven Bow works just fine, it hitsmultiple enemies of the same enemy.
-If you still have some stat boosting potions, give them to her.

Now head to the Lost Forest, Jerin will tell you which way togo, and you do so. It should be pretty simple, now, when
you exit the forest there is a house with an old man. He'll offeryou to rest, say yes if you want to, or continue with
your journey...you're not even close to getting to Elfrea yet.Pass through the shrine, there is another old man inside
the shrine hallway. He'll give you info about how to get toElfrea. Now head to Jenoba, sell whatever and get info from
locals in finding the unfindable.

FINDING ELFREA:

Now head to the town of Jenoba, here you will find more infoabout the 3 Towers and how to reach Elfrea. There is an
old man who tells you to go to the Blue, Green and Red Towers inthat order, and that the Tower monsters get stronger
everytime, remember that. In the house ahead of the old man, takethe stairs down to the Cider house. Talk to the old
woman there, she'll tell you information about Elfrea if you buyher some cider. Then she'll continue to con you and ask
for another cider. Then she'll tell you that you need three gems;blue, green, and red. Each three are in the three
Towers. So your first Tower is the Blue Tower, which is on thesame island of Jenoba. But first...

Things to do in Jenoba:

-Buy 2 Long Swords.
-Buy 2 Bucklers.
-Equip, sell.
-Stock up on recovery items, buy a few 10's of each; Hi-Potion,Antidote, Awaken, Mystery Pin, Stone Cure and Shriek.
That shouldn't come close to leaving your pockets empty of money.
-Rest, save.

Head southeast until you see the Blue Tower, enter it. Theroom straight ahead is empty, but looks like something is
above it. Head to the left, and into the door on the left toobtain a Blue Ring. Head back out and keep going up, you
will come to the next floor, follow the path on the left goingdown to obtain Sweet Water, and walk along the edge of the
Tower if you want to for a hint on the Towers. Jerin will read it"Go to the Red Tower last." Good advice. Now head
back to the stairs up came up and walk through the door at thebottom. You will be in a room where a single chest is
there and is surrounded by empty space, you can't jump for it,but maybe you can land there. Head outside the right door
and walk down, to the left and up the stairs. Take the stairs onthe right, it will lead you to a hole where you can fall
into. Fall. There is a chest there, grab the item, and fall again. Now you've found the Green Jade, but it isn't Blue.
Fall down to the first floor, exit the room and head right and gointo the room on the right and obtain the item. Exit,
and go up the stairs again to gather any items you may havemissed, don't worry, the items remaining aren't so hot. So
you might as well go to the Green Tower next. Exit the Blue Towerand continue going south to the next island and head
east to the Green Tower.

Once in the Green Tower, head to the room on the right to restup in an Inn...which is messed up, but convenient, or
something. Head to the room on the left to obtain a Green Ring. Now go back into the hall and enter the room in the
middle. Now, head right and go up the stairway. Go up the stairsat the top of the room, there is a man there. The
asswipe will mootch 100 gold pieces off of you for some info onthe Towers. Pay him, and he'll say on top of each Tower
is a Pedestal, and place the gemstone in it that matches theTowers' colour. You know which order by now, Blue, Green,
and Red. So exit this room and go back down to the room with theleft or right direction. Go all the way left and go up
the stairway, there is a switch there. Lower it. And now go backto the big empty room with the stairs, they should be
in different positions now, so you can obtain the items in thechests that you couldn't obtain before. The stairs on top
lead to chests that contain an Ex-Potion, Revive and a broken redsapphire(d'oh!). You can't take this item, so leave it.
Now go back down and obtain the items from the other stairway.Got 'em, good. Leave.

Continue going east and north. <Mitch> Which way isNorth? <Phil> Up. Anyway, you reach the small town of Ruan. The
girl near the entrance says the lake north of here had turnedinto a toxic marsh. Go to the right to the crops and there
should be an Empty Bottle and a Power Potion, they should lookobvious where they are. By now you've gathered that the
Water Fairy is missing and the Dark Ghost appeared on top of theRed Tower. What else to do now, that thing is in your
way, go and kick its ass. But first, go to the shop at the topright of the village. It's a gem shop, Lufia asks for
any sapphires, there are green and blue sapphires. Lufia thenasks for any red sapphires. And the girl says if she means
rubies, then Lufia goes "No. Not rubies. Red sapphires."Then the girl will say rubies and red sapphires are the same.
Then Lufia asks for any rubies...but there's none since Medan ranout. Why did I type that out? Just keep that in mind.
Nothing much left to do in this village, maybe check the dressersand rest up and save then head for the Red Tower.

Once you enter the Red Tower there are four doorways. Head fordoor way on the farthest left, go up the stairs and obtain
a Hi-Potion and a Red Ring. Go back to the main hall and gothrough the door next to it. They lead down to the basement,
and the basement is full of toxic marsh. Maybe because of theDark Ghost on top of the Tower. Cast Float and obtain the
items in the two treasure chests. The items should be statboosting potions. Go back to the main hall, don't forget to
cast Float before everytime you enter the marshes. In the mainhall, go through Door Number 3. Three and Four are
linked together as you can see, but why did I type that. Anyway,go up the stairs and head to the room on the right to
obtain an item, then go back out. In this Tower you are greetedby the toughest enemies of all 3 Towers. They shouldn't
be so bad if you're leveled up well enough. Head left from the 4crossroads to obtain a few kind of alright items. Go to
the bottom and take the room on the left and follow the stairsdown and careful not to fall off the edge. Forget the
items in the chests, they suck. No Miracles or Dragon Eggs orStat Potions. When you reach the stairway going up TOTALLY
STOP WALKING UP. Or, you will fall off the edge of the Tower. Youare now lead to a stairway leading up, go up, now
you're on the roof. But what the hell is that? It's the DarkGhost, and he wants attention. He wants to claim the Tower
for himself, like a free-loading loser. And of course, its whoop-asstime.

How to beat the Dark Ghost:

-Cast Drain on the Dark Ghost atleast twice.
-Cast Protect on your party atleast twice.
-Use Power Gourds on The Hero and Aguro.
-"Attaaackkk!"
-Use the Flame spell as casted by Jerin
-Cast the Blast spell from Lufia
-Heal if you need to with the Boost spell that Lufia has
-Beware, that gimp uses an attack which drains your MP.

Keep at it, and the gimp will eventually die. Now the WaterFairy is free. The Fairy will return the lake to normal, and
the marsh in the basement of the Tower is now gone. So now falloff the edge of the Tower and go back inside and to the
basement through Door Number 2. The toxic marsh is gone, toreveal one chest containing the Blue Jade. And the other two
contain a Dragon Egg and a Miracle. Exit the Tower.

Remember what I typed out about rubies being the same as redsapphires? Well, since the ruby in the Green Tower is
shattered to bits, you'd have to find another one. Where? Ahh,remember Medan? Yes, Medan. They might have a ruby for
you. So, Warp or Swing Wing back to Medan. Head to the cave tothe north. Yet another Chris Redfield wanna be is there
and says the old man below might still have one. Proceed. The manwill say he's been mining for rubies for 70 years,
then The Hero will say he needs a ruby so he can meet Artea. Theold man knows of Artea and wants to know the deal. The
Hero will tell him that the Sinistrals are gonna return and needto stop them. You now got yourself the Hope Ruby. The
Ruby that people have been dedicating their lives for. Like onGroundhog Day, everyone's standing around waiting to
worship a stinkin' rat. Now, go in the back room and swipe theold man's other stuff and leave. Go back to Jenoba, and
head for the Blue Tower. Head right, to the back and up thestairway. Head down, and take a left and take the stairs up.
Now, take the stairway on the left. You are now being lead to thetop of the Blue Tower. Place in your Blue Jade. Great,
now go to the Green Tower. Head straight, and take a left to theswitch. Put the switch up, and go the room where the
broken ruby was. Just take the stairs at the bottom of the roomto go up, and slap in the Green Jade. Now, head to the
Red Tower. Go through Door Number 3. Go down, take a left, go upthe stairs. Go down, careful not to fall off the edges,
and head to the roof. Place the red sapphire in the Pedestal.Jerin can hear a spell being chanted, only she can hear it
since she's of Elf blood. Away you go, now you're FINALLY atElfrea.

ELFREA:

You're finally here, many hours of looking for this place. Now, in the flower garden near the entrance is a stat boosting
potion, take it. And there are a few stat boosting potions in thehouse in the back. The elf in the house sounds kind of
rude telling you if you have nothing to do in Elfrea, leave. Iplayed many RPG's in my day and every Elf, Robot,
half human half dinosaur, Monster, Mermaid or Merman etc. havesome sort of racial discrimination thing going on with the
humans. Like real racism in real life. But before we do that, let's go shopping.

Things to do in Elfrea:

-Buy 2 Tridents.
-Buy 2 Quilted Silk, and 2 Glass Berets.
-Rest up.
-Buy some items if you want.
-Equip your new stuff, and sell your old stuff.

Here it is, Elfrea...now, go to the house in the back. Goupstairs, who's there? Artea! Finally, the guy who's harder
to find than Waldo. A conversation goes on between Artea and TheHero. Artea notices that The Hero is a decentant of
Maxim. The Dual Blade is mentioned, now you are sent to find it.But finding it will be a little bit hard. You must
now GO ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DAMN SEA TO GET THESTUPID BLADE FROM THE STUPID DOOM ISLAND!! >_< Now, youhave
to seek Raile Shaia, a decentant of Lexis Shaia, who helped Maximand the rest 99 years before. Raile is a genius inventor
and will help you find the Dual Blade. He is in Odel. It's southof the small shrine, over the mountains. As you leave
Artea will notice Jerin, and sends his assistant Mirka to giveher Artea's Bow(you're new default weapon until the game is
over or until you get a "Might Bow"), since Jerin haself blood in her. Now, go to the basement where there is a portal
and go inside. You are now in a shrine, go to the shrine on theleft and open it and now you're on your way to Odel.

ON YOUR WAY TO ODEL:

You can head west and cross a bridge to find HealingHarrington in the shrine. Continue going south, you would want to
cross a bridge to a desert first. Walk into the desert and headsoutheast. You should come to the small town of Ranqs.
All the men are gone to work on the mountain tunnel. In the houseon the top right of town should be a Power Potion, it
should be obvious where it is. So, all the men are gone...score!Anyway, gather up on some stuff, won't you?

Things to do in Ranqs:

-Buy 2 Morning Stars if you want. More Power! *does the TimAllen grunt*
-Buy 2 Iron Helmets, and Half Mails.
-Buy Spike Shoes if you want, they increase Attack Power, butdecrease Defence Power.
-Rest, save.

When you leave Ranqs, there's a cave you can see to the east. And, there's the tunnel the women were talking about to the
west. You can go either way. But, you would have to know thepattern of what the old man tells you to follow in the
east cave. To the west, is the mountain cave. There are only afew men, plus one cross-dressing freak who saves your
game(ugh at the Chris Redfield wanna bes). They're just standingaround doing nothing, saying that they are doing
something, but aren't. So, why won't I just tell how to get by?Ok, I will. If you wanna make the trip there and do
battles on the way there that's ok, you'll need every bit of EXP(Inever run from battles).

The way to cross the path is as follows:

-Up 1(steps)
-Right 2
-Up 1
-Right 2
-Up 4
-Left 3
-Down 1
-Left 2
-Down 1
-Left 2
-Up 2
-Right 1
-Up 1
-Right 2
-and proceed.

After passing the cave you are now outside. Head southwest, and you reach Odel.

ODEL:

You're now in Odel, now is a time to level up your characters. The "Mimicker" monster around the Odel area gives off a
psycho amount of EXP; if you defeat them in time before they runaway. All your characters should be in the Level 30-40
area, Lufia and the Hero should atleast be in late 30s, Jerin andAguro should be in early 30s. Now, the Mimickers also
give off a lot of gold too so you should be rich, thank thosebastards ^_^. Now, will all that money why won't we...

Things to do in Odel:

-Buy 2 Battle Axes and 1 Glass Robe for Lufia.
-Buy 2 Kite Shields.
-Buy Wind Shoes/Heels if you want to, they decrease Attack andDefence and Increase Agility.
-Find Raile Shaia

Go to the house on the top left of town near the castle. Thereshould be an Ex-Potion/Magic and a Miracle there. Talk
to the old men at the table. They say the only way to Arus is toopen the door which only strong magicians can. You find
out the bridge is ruined(I KNEW something like that just HAD TOhappen!), but there is an architect named Piron at the
castle and will repair the bridge. Once you reach the courtyardof the castle, head right to grab some hidden stat
boosting potions in the flower gardens. If you head left you godownstairs to Shaia Lab 2, and one of his students or
whatever say he's in Arus(How the HELL did he get there if thedoor is sealed and can't be opened without a strong
magician?!). So, nothing happeneing here, you can check thelockers for items, and then head into the castle. Now head
to the back room, there should be some handy items including statboosting items in the back in the dressers. Now, head
upstairs to the throne room. Piron is there talking with thePrincess, tell him that the bridge is broken. He'll now
send you to find his bitch who is in Lyden right now, southeastof Odel, got it.

FIXING THE BRIDGE:

I don't know why you keep running silly errands while you'retrying to save the world from the all might and evil
Sinistrals. 'You've got to help me, man! The fate of the worldlies in our hands if you don't help us!' "Go to this
place first and bring me back this, then I would help you."Well, as soon as you leave Odel head southwest, cross a
bridge, soon you will reach Lyden. There's a lot of chefs around,Lyden is a town of cooks. Yeah, neat. So go inside
the restaurant and talk to the Chris Redfield wanna be, he'sPiron's bitch. He'll run off to Odel without eating his
dessert. Now, after that's solved, head back to Odel. If you wantto explore Lyden more, then do so.

When Piron's bitch is at Odel, Piron will ask you to check onthe bridges' condition. Another errand. So, head out to
the west, there's an entrance at the southwest side of the 3-entrancecave. As you enter, there's a lot of treasure
chests lying around. As soon as you get off the 2nd ladder, headright to collect an item and a Dragon Egg. Now go
examine the bridge as told to. So when you check out the bridge, yeah, its smashed up. Pretty worthless trip besides
the Dragon Egg. So head back to Odel, warp there if you want, butI travel on foot for battles n EXP and crap. So once
you tell Piron how messed up tbe bridge is, he'll stop hitting onthe Princess of Odel and leave and head for the bridge.
He says he would need your help, too. Why does that sound bad?I'm not sure, let's head back to the bridge and see.
Once you reach the bridge again, talk to Piron. He will say"Hello. Would you look at this from the cliff on the right?"
What a gimp!! Now, you have to go all the way back to one of the3 entrances leading to the cliff on the right. The
cliff where the treasure boxes are, he says it isn't going to beeasy. Ok, once you reach the 3 entrances you can either
go from the top, middle, or bottom entrance. For this part, Ijust head for the middle. Once in the middle entrance,
head to the bottom left, and then head up. Grab your Wind Shoesand Iron Helmet from the chests and check out the
situation where you were told to go to. So they fix the bridge ina snap, that seemed easy to me. Then they just say
they're going back to Odel. What gimps. Now head back to thebridge, cross, and head to the bottom right to the stairs
leading down. Go through the door, and you're in a room full oftoxic marsh. Cast Float to obtain the item in the chest
and grab the Miracle. There is nothing in the marsh. So head upto the door, read the sign next to it. It says "La
fallas, La fallas." It's a spell to open the door. Eachmember tries to open it with the spell except Aguro, and Lufia
opens the door. Neat. Proceed through the door. Go up the ladder, now you're back in the bridge room again. This time
you can grab the chests you couldn't before. Now head up thestairway to the top left, you're finally near Arus.

ARUS...STILL SEARCHING FOR SHAIA:

Arus, time to look for Professor Raile. Head to the back oftown, where there are flowers. Lufia is amazed at the
flowers. Priphea, her favourite, are in bloom. She loves Arusalready. Nothing much to do in Arus. Rest and save if
you want, check out the dressers. You get the word that theProfessor is in the Tower west of town, by now, you should
be sick of Towers, but there's more of them to come. Head west, you enter a small cave, no walktrough required. Now,
you're at the Tower of Grief. Head straight up to the room ahead, climb the stairs, here you will receive a Dragon Egg.
Good, ok now fall down to the first floor and head to the rightto obtain a Purple Ring. Head to the left to go up the
stairs, yeah, you've been to this part already. Just continuegoing right, now you are in a room with four stairways.
Take the one on the bottom right or top left. They lead to thetop of the Tower. Talk to the old man, he will draw out
some MP from Lufia. The Hero will ask for Raile, but you justmissed him...D'OH!!!! He has now returned to the lab. So
now head back to Lab 1.

HOLD STILL, SHAIA:

Return to Odel, head to the castle and go down the stairs. Youare in Lab 2, now head down the stairs again and head for
the teleportation device. Head down, and now head west and itwill take you take Lab 1. Shaia is here, go upstairs to
your right. There he is, right there. He'll try to prove to youthat he is Shaia, and give you a bunch of weird crap he
invented. He'll give Jerin a potion that will make her hair grow, but Lufia won't allow it. I don't know why she can get
jealous over that. Maybe because the Hero would find Jerin prettywith her new long hair? You'll now get down to business
and talk to Shaia about a ship that goes under the sea. He willtake you to the basement where it's docked. You'll go for
a test drive underwater but there seems to be some bugs with theFalcon. He'll tell you to meet him in Shaia Lab 3.
Head due west from his Lab 1.

Now, don't get lost or you're screwed for a while. You knowwhere west is, head there. You now reach an island, the place
is Carbis, Shaia Lab 3. Check the locker for a Mind Potion. Headdown to the basement where Shaia waits. You know what
happens now? ERRAND!! He wants you to go to Bakku, and find hisfriend, Cooper. Aguro will tell him to go find Cooper
himself. Good idea, but the Hero won't approve and then you'llhave to go after Cooper. Bakku is due west, don't get
scared now.

Since you have a ship, you can visit the 'Isle of Forfeit',just warp to Surinagal and head northeast. Nothing really
special there but the annoying shop music played non-stop.

FINDING COOPER:

Head west, like told to, and you will reach land, the landshould have a forest by the shore, which is kinda weird. You
are near Bakku, dock, and go on foot west. You should see Bakkuby now, go inside. Head to the west side of town, down
to the dock. Head up, to the cleric's hut. Talk to the freak, andhe'll say Cooper LEFT!! He's at the Old Cave, on
the fifth floor. You just keep getting screwed and screwed again,so you might as well head for The Old Cave.
But first...

Things to do in Bakku:

-Buy 2 Gladius and 1 Hammer Rod from the weapons shop. Equipon Hero, Aguro, and Lufia.
-Buy 2 Plate Mails, 2 Plate Cloths, 2 Round Shields, 2 RoundWrists, 2 Plate Helmets, and 2 Plate Caps
-Sell the previous equipment.

-Level up with the local Bakku monsters. (Jerin should atleastbe at Level 40)
(Axe Knights sometimes drop a 'Tower Shield', equip those if yougot one)
-If the Bakku monsters don't give off enough EXP, head to theTower of Light.
-If the Tower of Light monsters don't tide you over, head outsidethe Tower and to the right. Go east, continue going
east to cross a bridge to find Healing Harrington. Then continuegoing up through the cave on the right side of the Tower
of Light, the monsters are much stronger there.
-IF you wanna play it safe, head back to the Odel area and gainEXP from the Mimickers.
(If the Hero is at Level 47, the Valor spell should be learned bynow ^_^)

Now, after leveling up head back to Grenoble, warp there orSwing Wing there, doesn't matter. Go to the Treasure Hunting
room and talk to the blonde man with glasses, he'll let you go tothe 5th level. Now head to the Old Cave and head to
the 5th level. In here you will obtain a Luck Blade which onlyAguro can use. It's cursed, so be careful. It does
huge damage, but you will occasionally miss your target. So, ifyou equipped it, you have to go to the cleric's hut and
un-curse it...or something. You can't lift the curse on the LuckBlade itself, too bad. Eventually you'll find Cooper,
but check out all chests before talking to him. You'll now tellhim that Raile needs him, so now you're going back to
Shaia Lab 3(Carbis). Now after a conversation between Shaia andCooper, you are now sent to find 7 pieces of Alumina. Now
you have to go to Linze, via the Tower of Light.

THE 7 PIECES OF ALUMINA:

Warp back to Bakku, talk to the old man in the house to thenorth as soon as you walk in Bakku. He'll mention that the
key to the Tower of Light as actually stolen by a weirdo. Now, nobrainer here, obtain the key and pass through the Tower
of Light.

Once inside the Tower, head to the northeast/west part of theTower. There should be a stairway leading up, go up. Now,
head to the south part of the 2nd floor, and there should be aroom with a chest in it and stairs leading up, go up. Head
to the top-right, more stairs leading up. The room should leadyou down, and to the left. In the middle of this room
there is a stairway leading up, go through the room to the top.Up again, now you should be at a red-carpet room, follow
the red carpet to the top of the room, and there should be astairway leading up, and it should lead you to the top of the
Tower of Light. Once on top, there's some weird occult freakthere chanting some weird crap. Talk to him, he'll turn
around and say who dares disturb the chants for Amon's revival, whatever you old gimp. The Sinistral of Terror? Ahh,
might as well kick his ass for that.

How to beat the Guardian:

-Cast Trick on the Hero and Aguro. (Hero, Jerin)
-Cast Drain on the Guardian. (Lufia)
-Cast Protect on your party. (Lufia)
-Cast Thunder on him using Lufia.
-Attack with Hero and Aguro
-Cast Mirror on Aguro, then afterward cast your strongest attackmagic. (Jerin)
-If you're well experienced enough, he should fall before youeven get a chance to heal.

Now the geezer is dead, see how pathetically weak the occultare? Haha, I kid, I kid because I love, if you are occult
or something. If you are, I apologize, long live the fuckin beastwho lives in the Sun who tries to come out but the Sun's
light is too bright and hurts his eyes. Hail The Great Beast,Zerenaeaplaegezek, the night time is the right time.

See what happens after the battle, now, grab the Light Keyfrom the chest the weirdo stole. Don't fall off the edge of the
Tower just yet. Go back and collect those treasure chests you sawlaying there. If you already did, neat. They contain
some handy equipment, no Dragon Eggs or Stat Potions though. Headback to the first floor and to the back of the room.
Use the Light Key on the locked door and pass through. The pathshould now lead you to the town on Linze.

While in Linze, talk to the people around you. The old womanat the entrance will talk about Brant finding Alumina but
he hasn't returned yet. There's a house in town that leads you tothe cave where Brant is at. I suppose you can do some
shopping while in Linze, buy a Great Axe for Aguro maybe. Headdown the stairs in the house on the top right of town,
head down to where an old man and 3 chests are. One of the chestscontain a Dragon Egg. Follow the path to the stairs
leading up, you are now outside. Head to the cave, on the floorbelow theres a chest that contains yet another Dragon Egg.
Swipe that, and a piece of Alumina on the first floor near theentrance to the right.

Careful in this cave, there's a lot of loose steps here thatsend you falling to the floor below. Once you obtain your
Dragon Egg and Alumina, head down the ladder to the right on thefirst floor. When you do get down the ladder, there's 3
doorways here to your right. The door on the right leads youontop of the roof where the treasure chests are. The door
in the middle is a switch...it's a portal teleportation switch,if you hit the switch, the portal in the left door takes
you to a different position than originally intended. So, mightas well check out the door to the left, but you don't have
to because it just leads you to a Revive item. So move the switchdown in the middle doorway, now head to the portal in
the door to the left. Once you go inside the portal you are leadto a different location. There's a treasure chest to
the right containing an Ex-Potion, grab that if you want to.Exit, and it will now lead you to a stairway leading down.
Once down, head to the right. Nothing is in the marshes, to thebottom right will lead you to a Silver Sword. Heading
back now, and head up to the top right will lead you to stairsleading down. If you came up from the stairs earlier, and
headed right then up, it will lead you to the same location. Nowhead down all the ladders, to the right and up. You will
find a man wandering around. Hero will ask him if he's Brant,he'll say no, he's Clack; a Doom Island researcher. You get
to ask him atleast 4 questions, about Doom Island, the DualBlade, Brant, and Alumina. About Doom Island, its to the east
of here, 3 islands were created when Doom Island fell. And, hesays Doom Island is now moving, but isn't going anywhere.
He'll say the same thing about the Dual Blade as Artea, it is atthe bottom of the sea with Doom Island. Brant is in the
town of Marse right now, screwed again. As you leave, he'll askwho you are, you'll reply you're Maxim's decentant. He'll
now give you a Wave Ring, which Maxim used during the battle ofDoom Island 99 years before. Now it's time to head to
Marse, do you want to go out the old-fashioned way or castEscape? Ahh, hell with it, Escape out of there.

You can reach Marse with the Falcon by cruising along theriver like Clack said, or, you can pass through that cave I said
where you can level up earlier. (If you went to Marse earlier andbought better equipment there, then you are SO an RPG
nerd ^_^) Warp to Bakku, and head north. <Mitch> Which wayis North? <Phil> Up. Anyway, to the right of the Tower of
Light is a cave, go inside, and pass through. You are nowoutside, head North <Mitch> Which way is North?<Phil> Up. and
you should reach the town of Marse.

Once in Marse, you notice it's kind of different from othertowns you've been at. Anyway, once inside the hall to the left
leads to an Inn and an item shop, the hall to the right leads toa cleric's hut and a Weapon/Armor shop. Since and here
and have lots of money and stuff, why don't we buy some stuff?

Things to do in Marse:

-Buy 1 Silver Sword, and 1 Silver Rod (Aguro, Lufia)
-Buy 2 Silver Armor, 2 Silver Robes, 2 Silver Plates, 2 SilverWrists, 2 Silver Helmets.
(If you have Tower Shields, skip Silver Plates. Buy Knife Shoesand Needle Heels if you feel like it.)
-Equip new crap on your party, sell the old crap.
-Check out the town

In the cleric's hut, there's Brant's girlfriend. She says he'sgone to find Alumina but isn't back yet. 3 Islands contain
Alumina, to find out more about it, head back to the main halland go up. You are in a building, and there's a man behind
the counter. He'll give you tickets for 20, pay up, and go to thefloor below to get a better view at these islands. Talk
to the sailor near the ship at the dock, he'll take you on acruise around the islands. After the cruise, make sure you
remember which islands which, now set sail for the island you sawwith the boat docked. To make your Falcon ship appear,
just warp to Marse and there it is. Now set sail.

IMPORTANT: The Redcores give off lots of EXP and GP. But, theyare hard to kill and they flee. If there's a party of
different monsters and theres only one Redcore, gang on it untilit's dead, forget the other enemies.

This place is pretty big, don't get lost, check out the entirefloor first before going down stairs or heading to another
room without checking the chests. Some items contain Stat Potionsand Miracles, and most important, Alumina. Alumina can
be found in the top right of this cave, inside the door entrance. That's 2 pieces so far. Now if you're done clearing
out the treasure chests, continue down below. There's a lot ofthem laying around. I'd check from the top, then work my
way to the bottom. In the middle of this basement somewhereshould be a door leading to a pathway and a lone treasure
chest. Nothing useful is in the chest, but you will fall down tothe floor below and find Brant. Warp him out of there,
he'll reward you with Alumina. 3 pieces so far. There's one pieceon Elba Island, 2 on Ulupp(you've got them already) and
one on Loire Island. Warp zones link the Loire and Elba Islandstogether, remember that.

Warp back to Marse, sell any crap you don't need that you'vefound in Ulupp. Rest, save, as you are saving, there's Brant
and his girlfriend in the cleric's hut, neat huh? If you forgotwhat he said, talk to him again about the Alumina pieces.
Now, head to Loire Island, once inside check out all treasurechests you can obtain. There's one that contains a Dragon
Egg, so now you have all 8 of them, you'll be glad you collectedthese soon. Near the bottom of the cave there's a switch,
hit it, and a door will become open. After collecting your items, head to the teleportation warp you passed by earlier.
Once you step through, you are now at Elba Island. The room tothe right contains a Mind Potion, exit and head back down
the ladder. Once you are down the ladder, there are 4 doors. Headto the door on the very right and hit the switch. It
will open a door, now head back to the door on the very left.Head all the way to the right, collecting items from the
chests along the way, and you should be at the door you justopened. Once inside, there is a warp, it will take you to
that chest you can't get to, it contains Alumina. 4 pieces so far.Go back, and head down the ladder below the 4 doors.
To the left is a Mind Potion, to the right is a room, and it's anInn. Messed up, huh? Or convenient, or something. So,
rest up I suppose. Now, head back out and continue going right. To the very right, there's a doorway with a switch, don't
touch it yet, go back and up the long ladder beside it. Go up it,and it will lead you to a warp spot, and you're warped
back to Loire Island, collect your items here, including Alumina.5 pieces so far. Go back to the room with the switch.
Hit the switch down, and go back to the warp. You are on a lowerlevel in Loire Island you were at earlier, go to the
door you opened earlier using the switch, inside should beAlumina. 6 pieces so far, but not 7. So, warp back to Marse
and talk to Brant again. He mentions King Herat hoarding Aluminalately. Herat is west of Marse, up a river. But, when
you head west, there's a river leading down, go down. It took mea while the first time because I was looking up...not
down, which means 'up'. So rest, save, and get ready to go toHerat.

Ok, if you stayed close to shore heading west from Marse, andwent DOWN the river, you should be in Herat. We've collected
a lot of money from the Redcores huh? Let's go buy some things...

Things to do in Herat:

-Buy 2 Buster Swords. (Hero, Aguro)
-Buy 2 Carbo Plates, 2 Clear Silks, Tower Shields if you needone, or two. Buy 2 Sakrets.
-Equip, sell.
-If your item list is overflowing, sell all the crap you don'tneed, like Potions, Foul/Sweet Water, Swing Wings, etc.

Now head to Herat Castle. On the second floor there should bea kitchen with a cook inside. He'll ask Jerin to taste
something he made. It is revealed to be slime, and Aguro makesfun of her. Jerin gets upset, Hero will tell Aguro to
knock it off and not to call her 'slime elf'. Then Lufia for somereason yells "YAH! Slime elf!" and makes Jerin even
more upset because she thinks Hero is paying more attention toJerin than her. What's the point in this? Well, the cook
is experimenting with stuff trying to satisfy the King's appetite.Go up the stairs, there's an old man in what looks like
a guest room, he'll mention the Lyden's 'Wizard of Taste'. Headto the King's Throne Room, he'll say he'll give his jewels
for some delicious food. Now, warp back to Lyden and go to thecook house on the south side of town and go down to the
basement. The Wizard is there, he'll gladly make up something forthe King. But, he would need the Purple Newt found in
the cave east of Herat. Errand? Ah hell. Warp back to Herat, andtake the Falcon up the river, and head west. Now,
you're in a desert, head south. But, there's a shrine there.Check it out. This is where your Dragon Eggs pay off. The
Egg Dragon will give you some wishes. The Dragon will eitherraise everyone 2 levels, give each 3 Stat Potions(all
different stat potions, Mind, Power, Great, etc.), a MightShield, and a Might Bow. You can go for the stat potions, but
for me, the Might Bow all the way ^_^. Continue heading east, cross a bridge, head...up, hehe. There should be a cave
entrance ahead. It's on the top left side from the last bridgeyou crossed. Now isn't Jerin's Might Bow handy? Anyway,
once inside, head right, down a ladder, and up the door ahead. Itwill lead you to a portal, go in. In the marshes, there
is a Miracle, and a few lousy Grilled Newts. Head all the way tothe right, and up, keep going up the walkway and it
should look like a dead end, but it's really a hidden door. Passthrough to obtain an Engage Ring. But, I don't know what
it does. I don't think anyone really found out what these Opals, and crap do. Anyway, go back out where you came from
and head to that room on the right. Hit the switch of it'sopposite direction, and head back to the warp spot. It will
now lead you to the Purple Newt. Got it, good. Escape. If youwant, check out the other items. Then Escape. Once
outside, warp back to Lyden and give the Purple Newt to theWizard. Now, you'll receive the spell, and now warp back to
Herat and give it to the cook, talk to the King afterward, thenyou are rewarded with mostly crap. Head outside the
castle doors, to the right, and it will lead you to the basement. Now, you've got the last piece of Alumina. Sell the
crap you've collected from the Purple Newt cave and the King'sJewels. Now, rest and save, then head back to Shaia Lab 3,
you've done good.

Warp to Shaia Lab 3(Carbis), and now Shaia is gone, to savehis son Lou(the kid who stole from Lufia) at Aisen Island. So,
you're screwed yet again. If you want, shout "FUCK!" inthe meantime. Warp to Marse, and head northwest. You see a ship
there, that's probably Shaia's ship. Now go inside. Either leftor right will lead you to one doorway. Go up the stairs,
take a left, and it will lead you to a prison room. Shaia islocked up, talk to him to get a clue on this Tower. There
are four switches to open the door to get the Pirate Key, if youmess up pirates will come after you, if not, success.
Shaia says start from the top-left switch. Go back the way youcame where the first stairway was. Take a right, now head
to the bottom right to obtain an Ex-Potion, to the left is a BigArrow. Go through the middle now, which leads up. The
pathway to the top leads to some crappy items, so continueheading left, and then it will lead you to the room Shaia was
talking about. To open the door, the pattern is top-left, bottom-right,bottom-left, and top-right. Hit the main swtich
near the door and it shall open. If you wanna screw around, stepon the buttons again in any order and hit the button to
make some pirates scramble out. Kick their asses. If not, heal upand continue. Now, there are two pirates, they talk
stereotypical pirate talk, and it's whoop-ass time.

How to beat Bosun and Pirates:

-Cast Drain, twice, or even thrice.(Lufia)
-Cast Trick on Hero and Aguro (Jerin, Hero)
-Cast Protect, and Courage twice or thrice.(Lufia, Hero[hasCourage only])
-Cast Thuner(Lufia) on Bosun, cast Glacier(Jerin) on enemy party.
-Attack with Hero and Aguro, go after Bosun first.
-After Bosun falls, concentrate on Pirates
-Heal if you need to with Valor (If leveled up enough, youshouldn't even need to heal)

Now, the battles over, now see how pathetically weak piratesare? Haha, I kid, I kid because I love...

Anyway, after the fight, talk with Lou and grab the Pirate Keyand head to the Prison where Shaia is locked up. Now we're
back where Shaia is locked up, but hefore we let him out, let'scheck out the cell to the right? The chest contains a
Heavy Ring. Now, release Shaia. A conversation goes on with Louand Raile. Now, warp back to Shaia Lab 3(Carbis). In
just a matter of seconds, Cooper and Shaia will repair the Falcon. Now, head north by northeast to find the site where
Doom Island fell. But before you go underwater from the eddies'visit the town of Soshette first. Finally, you can get
the Dual Blade.

FINDING THE DUAL BLADE:

Once you're ready, head north by northeast to find the islands.Don't go too northeast. Anyway, if you get lost, warp
back to Shaia Lab 3 and try again. Soshette is on the north sideof the islands. It's a small town. No one really visits
this town because it's pretty close to Doom Island. Rest, save, now get going.

Any eddie you enter will lead you to the Fortress of Doom. Ohyeah, since we're underwater, it makes perfect sense that
there are "Fire Plate" monsters are here. Eventuallyyou'll be at Doom Island. Once inside, just go the way I told you
at the beginning of the game. Once you get to the room where thestatues of the Sinistrals are, the Dual Blade will be
there. Once Hero obtains the Dual Blade, the Sinistrals willappear, with Daos. (I didn't spoil anything, it was bound
to happen.)

Now Doom Island has risen, and Lufia is said to be Erim, theSinistral of Death. Head to Shaia Lab 3, since the Falcon
can fly.

TIME FOR THE FALCON TO FLY:

Shaia will send you to go get some Power Oil(errand!). You canbuy Power Oil from the town of Epro, which is north of
Marse. Shaia will now go to Frederia, which is due south from Lab3. Once you reach Epro, buy Aguro a Grand Blade, then
head to the top-right of town. There's a Chris Redfield wanna bebehind the counter of this item shop. He'll say there's
no Power Oil(screwed, yet again). His friend is trying to find away into the Oil Cave, but he should be north of town.

-Level everyone up, Jerin should be at atleast Level 80.

Hedge should be north of town, talk to him and you'll obtainan Oil Key. Great, now head back to your Falcon, hop in, and
sail along the right side of Epro going up. Enter the eddie, goto the right and enter the cave underwater, eventually
you'll come out the other side of the cave, and go up the eddienear by. You're on the surface, dock, and head west until
a desert, then head northeast. Blocking your way to the Oil Caveis toxic marsh, no problem, cast Float and cross.

Once inside the Oil Cave, more marsh, cast Float, cross anduse the Oil Key. Head through the door now you're in one huge
room. To the bottom right of the room is a chest containing aDragon Ring. Equip that on Aguro. Other items here are
somewhat handy, so obtain them if you want. In the next room isanother big room with some handy items, kind of. The
chest on the top level of this room near a bridge should containa Dragon Egg. I don't desire to collect these again, so
you can pass em up if you want. In the next room should be wherethe Oil Dragon is, on the far right side. He's guarding
a chest, chances are it is Power Oil, neat huh? Ok, heal, getready to kick some ass. Everyone should be in their Level
90's by now ^_^. Ok, it's time to slay this ...Oil Dragon...orsomething.

How to beat the Oil Dragon:

-Cast Trick on Hero and Aguro(Jerin, Hero)
-Cast Drain atleast twice, and Protect atleast twice. (Lufia)
-Attack with Aguro and Hero.
-Cast Thunder. (Lufia)
-Cast Glacier. (Jerin)
-Recast Mirror on Aguro when it fades out. (Jerin)

The Dragon will die, obtain the Power Oil, Escape, Warp toCarbis, sail due south, and reach Lab 4. Yay. Once the ship
can fly, Doom Island will start moving. It will stop aboveGlasdar Tower. That's your destination. But Glasdar Tower has
some turbulance around it and you can't fly Falcon there. So, youmight as well start from the bottom of the Tower.

DOOM ISLAND AND GLASDAR TOWER:

As soon as you leave Shaia Lab 4, make Falcon fly, and headwest. There's the town of Arubus, where you can buy the best
weapons and armor ever sold. They also sell Ex-Potion/Magic atthe item shops, so sell your crappy old Potion/Magic items
and stock up.

Things to do in Arubus:

-Buy a Zircon Axe for Aguro.
-Buy 2 Zircon Armor, 1 Zircon Robe, 2 Zircon Plates, 1 ZirconWrist, 2 Zircon Helmets, 1 Zircon Beret.
-Equip, sell.

There's a Chris Redfield wanna be standing outside thebasement door. Talk to him, he'll give you info about the key to
Glasdar Tower, in exchange for Apple Cider. Sounds familiar? Somegimp will tell you info in exchange for cider..?
Anyway, go down to the basement, and head to the very back. Theold man is there behind the counter, buy an Apple Cider
and give it to that gimp. He'll say the key for Glasdar Tower isin the cave, north of Glasdar Tower. Ok, with that info
you venture to the cave north of the Tower.

In this cave, you see a chest at the bottom, might as wellgrab that Zircon Sword inside the chest. Now, in here it
shouldn't be too complicated where to go, if you get lost, I pityyou, foo! Once you go down the stairs to the top right,
you should be lead to 2 doorways. Just go to the right for now toobtain a Mind Potion. Now go back and take the door on
the left. Now, in here head to the left to obtain 2 Miracles, head back where you were and go down, through the door.
There's a switch there, move it down. Now go back to the 2 doorways, and go through the right door. It will lead you
elsewhere, and leads you to the Glasdar Key. Escape outta there, and rest, save, and sell at Arubus.

Once you enter the cave southwest of Glasdar Tower, head down, collect your items. There's a Power Potion hidden in the
marshes, and a Black Ring to the room in the bottom-left. To thebottom-right is a HP/MP restore spot. Now, continue
going up through the door, and up the stairs. Once up the stairs, head left and climb the second ladder you see, it
should lead you to the top. Head left, all the way left then up.You'll find a locked door, use the Glasdar Key and
you're through.

Ok, this is the very last Tower in the game, thank God. Assoon as you enter, head straight, forget the doors on the left
and right, which contain some crappy items. Once here, go to theback of the room, Ignore that doorway near you, it only
leads to a chest with a crappy item. Go up, and head right to thenext door you see and enter. Head down, forget about
going right, another crappy item is there. Once you go up thestairs, head straight. You're taking no Tower bull-shit
this time. Once you're in the hallway again, head right throughthe first door you see. Head down, to the door entrance
on the bottom left. Go up the stairs inside. Head to the room onthe far right, and you'll be lead to the hallway again,
so head right and go through the door. Head down, up the stairs, and head up to the room on top. Another hallway, a
no brainer where to go. In this room, there are two doorentrances, the one of the right will lead you to an HP/MP
recovery spot. The one on the left, more stairs going up. Youshould be near the top now. There's a switch on the red
carpet, and three switches behind it. Just pass through and justonly hit the switch in the middle, and step in the warp.
You are now in another room, be careful not to fall in the holeahead, go around and through the door. You will eventually
be lead to the top of the last Tower, thank God. And there'sanother gimp who wants to fight. The last gimp you'll fight
next to the Sinistrals. By now, every character should be atLevel 99, good. This guy says he's Nazeby, and won't allow
you any further, but he knows better than that...

How to beat Nazeby:

(you know the drill)

-Cast Trick on Aguro and Hero. (Hero, Jerin)
-Cast Drain on Nazeby twice, and Protect on your party, twice. (Lufia)
-Attack with Aguro and Hero.
-Cast Mirror on Aguro. (Jerin)
-Cast Thunder. (Lufia)
-Cast Vulcan. (Jerin)
-Heal with Valor if needed.
-If instantly killed, cast Rally on downed ally (Hero, Jerin)
-Watch the bitch die.

After the battle, Lufia's gone, Doom Island is moving, and theDual Blade is missing. Crap. Now, equip Hero with the
Zircon Sword you've obtained. If you don't have a weapon forHero, buy one at Arubus. Head back to Lab 4 and talk to
Shaia where Doom Island is currently at. North of the Tower ofGrief near Arus. Great. Now the final battle is about to
start.

LUFIA AND THE FORTRESS OF DOOM:

Warp to Arus, or fly there. Head north <Mitch> Which wayis North? <Phil> Up. of the Tower of Grief and there it is.
Land near the shrine and pass through it. Who's here? HealingHarrington, yes, Harry will heal you and ask you to save.
The Final Battle is nearing, so might as well save. Once insidethe Fortress of Doom, check out the rooms to the left and
right now. They contain Stat Potions, goody. Check out otherrooms that I wouldn't allow you to check out at the
beginning of the game. You'll need the items.

Now head to the Sinistrals' chamber. You should know where itis. Once here, the Sinistrals will appear. It's like
the beginning, you fight off one Sinistral after another. Firstto fight is Gades, now Hero can brag he fought him and
kicked his ass. Now, the battle begins...

How to beat Gades:

-Cast Trick on Aguro, Hero, and even Jerin (Hero, Jerin)
-Cast Courage atleast twice. (Hero)
-Attack, keep an eye on HP
-Use Valor if it's too low, Gades can really hurt you.

Die Gades, who's next? (Heal inbetween battles)

How to beat Amon:

-Cast Dread. (Hero)
-Cast Trick on Hero, Aguro, and Jerin. (Jerin, Hero)
-Cast Mirror on Jerin (Jerin)
(He uses a confuse attack, if Jerin's confused and has that MightBow...man, it will hurt)
-Don't worry about the Dread spell Amon casts, he neverphysically attacks.
-Attack with all members

Die Amon, ok Daos...(heal)

How to beat Daos:

-Cast Trick on Aguro and Hero. (Hero, Jerin)
-Cast Drain or Dread on Daos. (Hero)
-Cast Mirror on Aguro and Jerin. (Jerin)
(And keep on casting when it fades out)
-Attack.

Daos is down, now the 4 of them are trying to become 1! Herocries out for Lufia and she manages to break loose and now
rejoin you to kick some Sinistral ass. The very last battle willbegin.

How to beat Guard Daos:

-Use Mind Gourds on everyone.
-Cast Mirror on everyone. (Jerin)
-Cast Protect. (Lufia)
-Cast Trick on Aguro and Hero. (Jerin, Hero)
-Cast Drain. (Lufia)
-Use Shriek(item) on anyone who's confused....IMMEDIATELY!
-Recast Mirror on anyone who's Mirror fades away as soon aspossible. (Jerin)
-Attack, you fool!
-Cast Thunder. (Lufia)
-Cast Valor if needed.

Watch the bastard die, and enjoy the ending, even if this isan old SNES RPG, it's still pretty fun. Sit through the
credits to get your game stats at the end, see how well you did.Congradulations..!
